Hi just thought I would let you know that it works OK on a WM6.1 VGA (640x480) device. Can't give any other details until May 06th;-)

Very interesting, one might make something of that date and put 2 and 2 together. A proper VGA device, I bet mavec looks much better on that!

I myself am using a 1st-gen Moto Q running WM5, and I may be experiencing a minor bug.

More about that later, tho, once I determine that I can successfully post on this board without having access to a proper computer for awhile. (And irritatingly enough, I couldn't get anywhere with IE on the phone itself... ;~}

Heh, I actually had to post that message using my PSP. An awkward deviant of numeric-keypad texting, so not fun to use for longer and/or detailed posts. But it did the trick at least, allowing me to click on [Submit] and have that function finally carry out here in my Den of Ill-Equipped Technologies.

Neither IE nor jB5 were allowing that [Submit] button to work on my phone.
*However*, no sooner did I get your message that Mavec 5.26 was available yesterday, then I similarly got one saying that I was also finally able to download and play around with the latest Skyfire beta. I put it task straightaway, successfully posting what I did in response to your Message Board announcement regarding 5.26. Ah, nice to be able to use a QWERTY keyboard again for *all* Web sites while I await the repair of my laptop...! Very Happy

I have just got a TouchHD to play with and Mavec displays fine.

Just one issue that as the HD does not have a hard button for navigating so this makes moving around the map with any sort of accuracy very fustrating.

Yes I do miss the navi button on the device. Not sure why HTC have gone away with it. I suppose it makes it less sleek;-)

I suppose you could have navigation arrows on the screen so you can move 1 square at a time. at the moment you can scroll by dragging the map but this is not accurate.

I know you are not keen on this type of thing as it starts making smartphone different than the Touch version.
